also whites w microidentities: you are not more oppressed than binary trans (or i might argue, even cis lgb poc). you will never understand gender in the same way as people of color. you will never be as radical as even some cis people of color. this is b/c gender as we know it today is a colonial construct. cis people of color are effected by this colonial construct because you guys colonized us with it. the gender binary (also the sex binary/”””biological sex”””, which doesn’t exist) is a white supremacist, colonizing system that oppresses black women, especially trans black women, the hardest.

Joana Sus is a freelance designer and illustrator who lives and works in Poznań, Poland. Together with a friend she runs a stationary brand, Suska & Kabsch. However she began experimenting with frame by frame animation in watercolors and now does that now in all of her spare time and is planning a bigger animated project in the future. She feels that gifs are like visual haikus and she creates her beautiful shimmering little poems the old fashioned way, by hand, one frame at a time.
